L.I.N.K.S.

The military lifestyle is unique. To newcomers it can seem like a journey to a foreign country. At first, everything from the language to knowing how to find information can be confusing. L.I.N.K.S. was developed by experienced Marine spouses who represented the lifestyles from Lance Corporal through Staff Non Commissioned Officers and Officers to include the spouses of the Commandant and the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps. L.I.N.K.S. is an education session that provides information on all aspects of being a military spouse. Sessions are presented in a casual setting by experienced spouses who volunteer for this fabulous program. L.I.N.K.S. provides and pays for on site babysitting. There is no cost to participants for the session.

All Workshops are held at the Religious Development Center, Building 1344, Mainside and at the different community centers, as indicated. For scheduled Workshops, on-site baby sitting provided & paid for by L.I.N.K.S. Reservations are required for baby sitting. The Camp Pendleton L.I.N.K.S. Team is available for unit briefs, family days, pre-deployment briefs and club meetings. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you at any time. We are also available to schedule special one-day workshops for your unit or group. Please call our office for details.
